Kiwof Hart is a heartworm preventive that is effective against tissue larval stage of Dirofilaria immitis and prevents the development of adult stage. It is administered once a month to prevent heartworm disease and to treat & control ascarid and hookworm infections in dogs 6 weeks of age or older.
